134-HOUSE DEVELOPMENT EYED FOR WILTON.(Business)

More than $1.5 million has been borrowed from Adirondack Trust Co. by the developer of the 134- house Kings Mills Estates.

At least $1 million is to be used for roads, sewers and other improvements in the subdivision, according to a copy of the loan contract between Michael T. Dennis and the bank. The contract is on file with the Saratoga County clerk's office.

Michael Dennis and his wife, Jeanann Dennis, personally guaranteed payment, according to documents which list three loans for $500,000 each from Adirondack.
